In the US today, women make up half of the workforce, but men are promoted at a much higher rate.
Women have wonderful leadership qualities to showcase. They bring something different from men to the workforce, but often it goes unnoticed. In this session, you will learn about how organizations can develop women leaders and the traits that make women shine at the top! Some challenges stand in our way when it comes to advancement, however, which we will discuss.
